The hotel staff was friendly and opened.
1. in the Booked.net it is written that no charge for kids is taken if no extra beds. we were with 2 kids and each was charged for EUR 12. 2. Nevertheless the kids were charged, they were not allowed to all SPA zones, they could use 1 jakuzzi and 1 deep pool. the hotel is kids unfriendly. we were not informed before paying that the kids are not allowed everywhere with parents. when trying to take aroma saunas, we were not in the kindest way informed that they are not allowed, as spa is a quiet zone and guests would be disturbed. but in this area there were no one!!! kids room cold and with no supervisor, what is not normally. so we were trapped with kids. misinformation in the Booked.net

It was a nice hotel with clean and well airconditioned rooms. Friendly staff.
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was dissapointing. For a 5 star hotel the varity for breakfast was poor. If you were having breakfast half an hour before closing there were almost no food left.

The spacious superior room with a large bed was a perfect fit for us despite the slightly dated furniture and TV.

It is a nice hotel. Not really 5 star standard but comfortable, clean with good facilities. Close to the beach.
The fact that they claim to be 5 star when they're not.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room and the beautiful decor. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing spa facilities, especially the adult zone. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room service was a nice touch, and we appreciated the surprise chocolates on our pillows. we had a fantastic stay at Vanagupe Spa Resort and would highly recommend it.
While the furniture in the room was a little outdated, it didn't dampen our overall experience. The only other minor issue was the portion sizes at the restaurant, which were a bit small for our appetites.

The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered HOT dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were great people in aggressive manner. Even the Palanga airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away.

During our stay at Vanagupe Spa Resort, we had a fantastic time enjoying the outdoor pool and the well-maintained spa facilities. The process of renting bikes was quick and convenient, even in the early morning. The check-in and check-out procedures were efficient, with friendly and helpful reception staff. The hotel had a pleasant aroma and was located in a peaceful area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.
The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, leading to a restless sleep. The room itself was a bit outdated and offered a view of an old abandoned building.
